Guinness Partnership did not have any plans to show us. Instead they argued they wanted to see if residents were happy to have the estate built on first before coming forward with a proposal.
However, we understand Guinness partnership have worked up extensive plans to build a seventy meter tower block and also add floors to blocks C, D, E and F.
The picture is a satellite photo of our estate. We have marked the areas we understand Guinness partnership are hoping to develop in red.
Clearly, residents have a lot of questions. We have therefore asked that Guinness return quickly for another meeting to tell us more about their plans.
